Back to school and the final Great Women of Folk and Country this Thursday, 9/4
As we enjoy our last sweet bits of summer and welcome the change of the season, back to school and the longer nights, Greg and I will be performing in the final show of the Great Women of Folk and Country music series at the Royal Room Thursday, September 4th. This show may be one of my most favorites of the series as we will be highlighting the music of Neko Case, Lucinda Williams, Emmylou Harris and Ashley McBryde. So many amazing songs, join us if you can! Advance tickets available through Wednesday and then day of show at the door.

Carrie Clark & the Lonesome Lovers at the Quarterdeck
It wouldn’t be summer without our annual concert at the Quarterdeck in Des Moines.
This family friendly show starts at 6pm and you’ll be home before the sun goes down!
Admission is free with donations going to the band and the Des Moines Dollars For Scholars.
